Due to continued growth they currently have a need for a Service Manager for their Brampton office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual capable of multi-tasking and looking to make a serious contribution in a fast paced environment.
POSITION TITLE: Service Manager
LOCATION(S): Brampton, ON
DURATION: Full-Time, Permanent
POSITION PURPOSE:
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years experience in a supervisory role preferably in a service related industry. Previous duties will include responsibility for scheduling, dispatching, shop supervision, technical support, customer service, health & safety, etc.
Success in this role calls for strong communication and customer skills. Excellent written and oral English is essential together with a strong Microsoft Office capability.
Responsibilities will include:
• Dispatching and routing of service calls to maximize each technician’s 610productivity, to ensure complete customer satisfaction with service and/or repairs.
• Completing and maintaining related documentation e.g. service orders, record of calls, technicians dispatched, etc.
• Ensuring that all schedules are maintained/communicated effectively to customers.
• Responding to problems/issues identified by both technicians and customers.
