We are currently in searching of a skilled CNC Operator to work for a leading manufacturer in the North York area.
You must have experience working in a wood manufacturing machine shop environment
Duties include:
- Daily operation of the Morbidelli, Weeke & Biesse CNC.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches and related technical data to determine tooling requirements.
- Setup procedures, control settings and machining methods and sequences.
- Mount / Install, align and secure tooling as per requirement.
- Calculate and set machine controls to position the work piece and regulate factors such as cutting depth, speed and feed rates.
Requirements:
- Computer Numerical Control certification
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure - specially in metric
- Above average computer skills
Hours of work 11pm to 7am
Pay Rate $21
