THE OPPORTUNITY
The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for becoming familiar company services and building relationships to grow the client base by prospecting new clients, qualifying client requirements, negotiating and closing contracts, and providing ongoing customer support.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop new business opportunities from leads provided and independently generated
- Assist clients to further develop their business by implementing company solutions and proven business practices
- Build relations in order to maintain and develop the accounts with growth towards major account status
- Successfully promote and sell the company as a full service document management solutions provider
- Meet/exceed required sales targets
- Maintain and develop a high level of knowledge of new technology and company products and services
- Demonstrate a high level of teamwork in all activities
- Work effectively and cooperatively with Administrative and Technical teams
- All other duties that pertain to looking after customers in a timely and professional manner
COMPENSATION
The compensation package for this exceptional opportunity provides for income in the $60K to $80K plus range and includes a base salary of $35K to $45K range depending on experience and qualifications, commission, monthly allowances for car and cell phone, and benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS/KEY REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who is confident in dealing with senior executives, highly motivated, and a true team player. Additionally he or she must possess the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of business-to-business sales experience within a solution-based environment,
- Exposure to digital imaging systems/solutions including hardware such as scanners (preferably in a sales capacity)
- A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Ability to develop relationships at executive levels through a consultative selling approach,
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers or executives
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
- Aptitude for technical matters and strong computer skills
You must have knowledge of or be ready and willing to develop your knowledge of the document management industry to speak intelligently to executives about the solutions offered by the company. Familiarity with contact management software is a definite asset and preference will be given to those who have specific experience with ACT.
