Involves working with various types of equipment and components; both within the shop and throughout the facility. Proficient knowledge in repairing and rebuilding various types of machinery. Ability to comprehend and utilize parts and equipment manuals. Ability to perform upon demand, various mechanical repairs, and adjustments and services to a variety of equipment on the Production and Slaughter floor. Candidate must be comfortable working in a variety of temperatures and must be able to work under pressure. Set shift work available.
