As a Fleet Dispatcher for our Edmonton operation, you will be exposed to all aspects of the Western Customer Service region. You will be a key player in building and maintaining relationships between our drivers and various departments within Bison. You will work closely with your team and assigned fleet ensuring our driver, customer and company expectations are met. The Fleet Dispatcher regularly monitors the Edmonton city fleet and accurately distributes, receives and updates information in our state of the art technological systems.

Demonstrated dispatch experience and problem solving and planning abilities are integral to your success in this position. Solid knowledge of the transportation industry and city of Edmonton geography are considered assets. This position may be subject to a modified work schedule.
