- Determine anodizing requirments based on drawings and work orders
- Organize jobs in order of priority
- Cleaning and maintenance of anodizing line
- Knowledge and experience with Chemicals
- Waste management
- Racking of parts
- Maintaining Tanks
- Quality Control
