Bilingual Senior Tester and QA Specialist
Under the direction of the QA Project Manager, the services involve the design, development, conduct and management of the quality of web applications including: system integration testing, regression testing
and user acceptance tests. Also ensure quality standards are set and adhered to. A representative listing of services that shall be provided includes, but are not limited to:
a) Coordinate and participates in problem solving within the area of expertise;
b) Review new requirements for testing consideration;
c) Provide input to the design team to ensure that testing considerations are incorporated in the design, and to complete test specification;
d) Report of the status of all current and outstanding test requirements;
e) Perform system integration and website user acceptance tests;
h) Co-ordinate user acceptance tests, including obtaining user acceptance;
f) Explain defects and reviews test results;
g) Report on the status of assigned tasks and identification of problems of concern for resolution;
i) Ensure testing guidelines are followed by all testers and that total system testing is accomplished;
j) Analysis of all software development requirement specifications and design documents to ensure that all requirements are testable in the preparation of test plans;
k) Create of test plans and test-scenarios to prove compliance of the solution;
l) Define/prepare test data;
m) Develop and maintains standards and procedures for testing activities;
n) Co-ordinate I&T activities with other teams to meet program schedules and delivery requirements;
o) Ensure that development level unit tests are completed satisfactorily prior to I&T testing;
p) Identify problems, document and report results to Management;
q) Conduct assessments and audits for the purpose of providing valuable feedback on the implementation of quality system to the project team;
r) Work with project personnel to identify opportunities to improve quality;
s) Develop quality control processes and monitor the work against them; and
