For their Edmonton location they are looking for a
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Overseeing the construction project from initial stages up to completion
* Plan, coordinate, managing / lead all personnel on the assigned project
* Working with Edgebuilder to ensure an official project log etc.
* Providing direction to / working closely together with other disciplines within the organization
* Approving all personnel transactions, purchase orders, change orders etc.
Qualification of the right candidate:
* 10 - 15 years of experience in a similar role
* Experience managing institutional (hospital) construction projects
* Proven ability to communicate effectively and supervise / lead a multidiscipline crew / team
* Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills
