-Liaise with all shops and departments on maintenance and equipment needs.
-Perform general maintenance and repairs to shops, tools, equipment, vehicles, buildings and yards.
-Know when to call in off site services and follow up with these services to ensure all work is completed promptly and quickly.
-Develop and implement a Preventive Maintenance Program for all shop equipment, vehicles and buildings.
-Develop and maintain all maintenance/inspection logs and other documentation as required.
-Order all parts and materials as required.
