SKILLS:
- Business analysis skills incuding gather/document business requirements;
develop detailed work instructions, work plans and quality control
procedures; monitor and report on progress of work performed by self and
others - Excellent problem-solving skills and decision making abilities -
Ability to review and analyze data extractions and reports and recommend
effective means to provide information in a form that can be effectively
used for systems loading of updated records - Ability to test work
instructions, analyze the results and make any necessary adjustments to
ensure work objectives can be met - Change management skills including
prepare training materials and ' train the trainers" - Excellent
communication and customer
