The role requires a Business Analyst possessing strong analytical and
communication skills and business knowledge.
Responsibilities will include:
* Performing business analysis to define and document needs and
requirements;
* Creating and maintaining business process maps;
* Determining organizational readiness and identify approach to
address gaps;
* Acting as liaison between the user and development groups;
* Participate in the planning and execution of system test and user
acceptance test activities.
* Provide on-going business support once functionality has been
delivered to the business user(s)
