Our clients are a dynamic client-centric business service provider that assists companies in increasing sales and market presence by providing solutions in the following key areas:

They provide their clients with a full service approach to their sales and marketing needs, working closely with the client teams to develop results-oriented solutions that meet their strategic objectives and grow their bottom line.
Since their inception in 1993, they have over 2,000 field positions. This includes all Part-Time and contract Full Time, as well as Tactical employees across Canada. They have access to an additional 3,000-5,000 candidates through their Human Resources Department and can have an additional 500-1500 staff employed by the company at any point in time.
To help facilitate this growth, they presently have an opening for a Sourcing Specialist for their West End branch. The position is initially a contract position for a three month period with a view to permanent status. Full benefits are offered as well as promotional perks from their own high profile clients.
The Sourcing Specialist will primarily be responsible for working with the Recruitment Team to execute sourcing strategies and to shape, drive and implement sourcing best practices. Their experience will be well developed, yet is consistently evolving and expanding. Our clients recruitment team has extensive recruitment experience in a wide variety of business verticals and loves to share their experiences.
The ideal candidate will have;
• Proven experience in sourcing candidates to job roles
• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience, preferably in a cross-section of disciplines
• Resourcefulness with the ability to generate and follow-up on leads
• Efficient time management skills with the ability to balance numerous requirements and meet tight deadlines
• Strong computer skills including experience using Applicant Tracking System and MS Office products
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking, fluid work environment
• Head hunting skills
• Flexibility to deal with candidates in varied time zones across Canada
• Ability to work a 35-40 hour week (summer hours 1pm finish on Fridays)
