They presently have an opening for an experienced Permanent Consultant (Accounts/Finance) for their downtown branch.
To include;
Candidate activities include recruiting, interviewing, matching, coordinate matching of candidate to job order and closing orders
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree and /or college diploma strongly preferred
EXPERIENCE
Three years of staffing industry or related recruitment experience with some experience in an outside sales capacity preferred
Experienced in the accounting/finance vertical
SKILLS REQUIRED
Proven track record in recruitment and customer and customer service within the industry the chosen practice speciality serves (accounts/finance)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as business acumen
Proven ability to work within a team environment
Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
Detail oriented with follow-through shown in previous jobs
Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to qualify and close deals. Persuasion/negotiation skills
Proven problem solving and analytical skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment of professional candidates; interviewing and reference checking to fulfill client job orders
Build candidate database of information for future and ongoing placements
Maintaining accurate and updates records in applicant tracking databases
Completion of reference checks on interviewed candidates
Manage multiple client relationships and engagements
Development and implementation of strategic plans to solidify long-term business relationships and partnerships
Develop prospect list and execute a targeted sales and marketing plan to generate new business
Follow-up on all existing business to ensure retention, quality control and development of new business
Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract candidates
Active participation in professional and civic organizations designed to build networking database
Public speaking at selected meetings and networking opportunities
Maintain up-to-date collections on all clients
