They presently have an opening for a Permanent/Temporary Consultant for their downtown branch. The ideal candidate will be very high energy, upbeat, good sense of direction and a self-starter.
To include;
Candidate activities include recruiting, interviewing, matching, coordinate matching of candidate to job order and closing orders, mainly in the administration field and both perm and temp placements.
EDUCATION
Post secondary education preferred
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of one year of staffing industry or an individual with intensive customer service or retail experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Proven track record in recruitment or intensive customer service or retail experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as business acumen
Proven ability to work within a team environment
Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
Detail oriented with follow-through shown in previous jobs
Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to qualify and close deals. Persuasion/negotiation skills
Proven problem solving and analytical skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment of professional candidates; interviewing and reference checking to fulfill client job orders both temp and permanent
Build candidate database of information for future and ongoing placements
Maintaining accurate and updates records in applicant tracking databases
Completion of reference checks on interviewed candidates
Manage multiple client relationships and engagements
Development and implementation of strategic plans to solidify long-term business relationships and partnerships
Develop prospect list and execute a targeted sales and marketing plan to generate new business
Follow-up on all existing business to ensure retention, quality control and development of new business
Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract candidates
Active participation in professional and civic organizations designed to build networking database
Maintain up-to-date collections on all clients
