Our clients are a well established, national IT recruitment company with offices in Montreal, Calgary and the GTA. They presently have an opening for an experienced world class Sales Manager (Team Lead) to develop new contracts for their dedicated service team in the GTA.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years sales experience in the recruitment industry. A knowledge of IT would be advantageous. They will be a confident, tenacious team player, who is goal driven but approachable.
The negotiable base salary is enhanced by a great commission structure that for the right individual, could be very lucrative.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist with the development of existing Account Managers and new hires, with an emphasis on new business development, client management and business relationship expansion
• Responsible for achieving maximum productivity and effectiveness from the AM Team.
• Follow through on new hire training schedules:
o Ensure required observations are completed
o Ensure that new hire’s activities are observed as required
o Assist with organization and time management
• Ongoing evaluation of each team member’s skills:
o Observations
o Feedback
o Ratios
• Identify specific challenges faced by each member of his/her team, and mentor individuals on specific areas of improvement. Establish a personalized training plan to deal with specific challenges.
• Conduct individual meetings with Account Managers as required (minimum 1 per week)
• Track daily activities of Account Management Team

• Be available to the entire Account Management Team as an additional problem resolution resource

Minimum Education Requirement:
• Post secondary education
