Our client, a major competitor in the insurance industry is looking for a seasoned Sales and Service Manager within the Home and Auto sector of the insurance industry. This position will be responsible for both the sales and service teams in a call centre environment which will include, training, supporting, mentoring and performance managing. Interaction with Senior management will be a key component of this role within the area's of strategic planning, budget setting and the development and implementation of best practices.
