Dear Madam/Sirs: This letter represents my intention to express the main objective in my career search. My goal is to acquire Junior Process Engineer Position in a company where I will be given the possibility to work, train, learn process engineering and gain practical experience in this field. The reason for such need is because my profession is Chemical Engineering (from European accredited institutions), but I haven’t been in this area over 10 years. I have Canadian working experience as a chemist. In 1999 in Ontario I obtained position as a chemist in chemical laboratory in pharmaceutical industry where I have spent 8 years working on analytical chemistry, testing finished drug products, reviewing documents, protocols, and initiating change controls for editing revised methods. In order to accomplish my goal of entering and returning into the chemical engineering field I moved to Calgary in December 2007. I registered with APEGGA as a Member-In Training, completed course in Aspen HYSYS (Oil and Gas Focus) and was given an incredible opportunity to access the workforce as a Junior Engineer in EPCM Calgary company on a contract basis for three months. During these three months I was introduced, thought, led and trained the by Senior Staff in the fundamentals of process engineering applications in oil and gas industry. I had the possibility to refresh my knowledge in chemical engineering and to apply, mostly in hydraulics, mass and heat balance calculations on the on-going actual project. I have gained valuable experience during this assignment, proved my dedication to pursue my career in this direction and realized that after so many years I am more than willing to re-enter this field.
